Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Fab as always!
Great service; 100% money's worth.
The AA recommended this garage to me. They were excellent, friendly and provided great service!
Friendly and efficient service. The price quoted was the price charged. There were no hidden extras.
Garage has been very helpful and has gone the extra mile to find a solutions to fix my motor.
They were very pleasant and obliging.
I have to say, I cannot praise this garage enough in the space allowed here. Matt and the technicians he employs are way above the standard I would expect from any main dealer. I unfortunately experienced a problem with my car. The car is a VW Passat cc 170 bhp tdi and I was wary of anybody touching it but VW. More fool me as this garage is not only better than VW, but surpasses their customer service (i've had dealings with a few main dealers and not been impressed by any). Matt could not fit my repair in for a week and my car was in 'limp mode', but he kindly offered me a courtesy car so my wife could get to work. I had a warranty issue with the car and although not connected with Colemens, Matt helped make a very stressful time bearable. Thank you Matt and your team.***** Please use this garage they know what they are doing*****
I've used this garage before - they've always been helpful and reliable.
Exceptional service as always.
Helpful friendly staff.
Very helpful and polite.
Went in with a flat tyre, which another 'professional' garage had told me they had fixed. Turns out that they missed a drill bit embedded in the tyre and also fitted a leaking valve. Matt showed me exactly where the faults were and fixed everything up within 20 minutes. This was only a small job but calling with no appointment and getting service like this, left me feeling like putting more business such as replacement tyres and MOT's their way. Highly recommended on all counts.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I am very very happy.
A pleasure to do business with.
