Customer reviews
We share consumer feedback and verify each review as far as possible.
They're really good and so is the service they provide.
As always, clear communication and advice.
Great service. Found I needed new discs and pads on rear which I had done. I like the honesty as they could have said that I needed front ones as well.
Excellent service and advice given.
Good service and communication. Car washed, was a bonus!
Helpful and friendly staff. Trustworthy garage.
Staff very helpful and efficient.
The staff at VWS are really friendly, helpful and have great customer service. I won't go anywhere else and will always recommend them!
We have been using VW specialists for three years and always found their response, workmanship and cost of a good standard.
Justine is really helpful.
Great service with a good attitude towards customer service.
Fast and efficient garage.
At last a team that really does know what they are doing. Knowledgeable, competent, informative and friendly with a charming receptionist to boot. What more could you ask.
Very helpful staff.
Simply the best garage I have taken my vehicle to. Efficient, enthusiastic, skilful and very caring; I will deal with them for any future work on my car.
Excellent, friendly service. Will use again and would recommend.
Very accommodating. Only asked if could fit in day before. Good quality and friendly, efficient and good value service.
Brilliant garage, would highly recommend.
Mike and his chaps are absolutely first rate; I would heartily recommend them as a (better) alternative to a main dealer for VAG servicing and repair.
