Had car serviced in Loughborough by a garage I know and trust rather than Cornwall where I now live.

Although price is importance, service quality is of paramount importance to me. After being recommended to Charnwood Car Company. I had no hesitation in trusting the mechanics with my car. The service was first class and the price was considerably cheaper than the Volvo Dealers. I will certainly drive the 120 Mile round trip to have my car services again here.
Every one is very friendly and they have always tried to keep costs down whenever they can. They are genuine people who I feel I can trust and have sometimes done small jobs for free. 21,08,08

Fantastic service. They were helpful on the phone and get everything sorted out for me including dealing with 3rd parties. Brilliant and charming.
Superb!
Charnwood Car Company are a very helpful, honest garage. This especially means a lot to me as being a female driver - until I found Charnwood Car Company I did worry about finding a garage which would not take advantage of this.
Excellent friendly service.
This was my first visit to the garage and I was very impressed by the office staffs help in the times of booking the car in and calling to collect the vehicle. 19,08,08
I have used the Charnwood Car Co. for the past 2 years since moving to the area from Yorkshire in 2006 and I have been continually satisfied with the quality of service and helpfulness received.
Since I switched to this garage 8 years ago, just getting the car repairs has simply become something to not worry about. 29,07,08
