First time used and very impressed. Even did a couple of little repairs and did not charge. Will certainly use in future.
Usual excellent service.
Helpful, friendly service. Excellent attitude.
I have been a customer of CCC for the past 10 years. The standard of work has always been high. I always felt 100% confident in CCC's judgements regarding work to be done on my car. They don't try to rub you at all but treat you like a valuable friend.
They reacted immediately to my urgent call. All work completed within 6 hours of my first call.
Brilliant friendly and efficient service.
One of the best, if not the best customer services in the Midlands.
Staff helpful. Car fixed quickly - bearing in mind the work was unplanned. Very pleased.
Excellent service, friendly staff- knowledgable and helpful. Refreshing change from usual attitudes to customers!
The staff at Charnwood are always helpful , polite and efficient. The repairs are always of good quality and at an excellent price. What more could you want of a garage.
Excellent service, very helpful staff who got me back on the road quickly. This was really appreciated especially as this work was unexpected by them.
Pleasant, friendly - very personal service. The complimentary elements - car wash, chocolates - are nice touches that epitomise this garage where you are made to feel that your custom really is valued.
Really impressed with customer service - so friendly and efficient.
A happy driver.
Excellent as always!
We get excellent service from Charnwood Car Co and would not go anywhere else.
I have regularly used CCC since I moved to the area in 1980 (it is now 2009). They have continually given my series of vehicles the best of attention and myself courteously informed. Apart from my thanks this has lead to me having confidence in their technical behaviour.
Used this garage for several years. The service speaks for itself.
Friendly staff. Good value compared to other local garages.
