Very friendly and helpful staff, high quality of work, but without the high prices, my car was ready when they said it would. Great all round service, it's the best garage I know.
The perrrfect garage, no less!

Office staff were very helpful and friendly, will use this garage again, very happy with the service we got and very happy with the car they lent us which most other garages don't do.
Overall very pleased with the service. However, small problems are not sorted out properly!
It is the first time spare tyre has been checked when car has been in for a service. Because boot is full. Franchised dealers could not be bothered to empty and check. This garage did.
Very helpful.
As always this garage is friendly and helpful.
As usual Charnwood Car company were friendly, helpful, and flexible in providing an excellent service, and a courtesy car.
Really delighted, will return!
