They were very helpful in squeezing my car in for emergency repairs on a Monday, following a breakdown. They also offered me a courtesy car for the next day, though managed to fix my car in time.

Following the gearbox completely giving up and causing the car to stop, I got the car delivered by the RAC to the garage. As it was bank holiday Monday I was unable to do anything until the following day. When I did, the garage was brilliant in handling my obvious distress. They lent me a courtesy car even though they couldn't look at the car for a couple of days and allowed me to keep the car until my car was repaired almost two weeks later. The garage kept me fully informed all the time and we felt completely at ease with time taken to make all necessary repairs. An excellent garage with employees who deserve great credit in the service they provide to there customers. I will always take my car to them for all repairs and servicing without hesitation.

I have found this garage when I was having a problem with my French car. Another garage had been unable to fix my car and Charnwood Car Company had no problem in solving the problem.
I wanted to know how much the work would cost when I rang up. I was told that they didn't know even though the work was completed! So had to wait to be told when I picked up my car!
This 5 star service is what I have come to expect after 18 years with them.
