I've used this garage for a few years and rate it really highly. Melanie's customer service is second to none! Always pleased with the work on my car and they explain fully what they are doing to it, which I appreciate.

Always excellent service at Charnwood Car Company. Fitted me in at short notice and kept me update of progress. Melanie is very good, highly recommend.
Excellent service as always.
Always very well looked after, they never do any work without ringing first. Top job every time and Melanie is lovely!
Have used this garage several times and always have excellent service every time. Nothing is too much trouble.
Melanie was so so warm and helpful, and explained every part to me, particularly when showing me the issue with my car, which I've never had with a garage before. Will definitely use this garage in the future. I didn't catch the names of everyone else but they were equally lovely!
They got me out of a pickle and got me mobile. Brilliant.
So brilliant. I cannot praise them highly enough.
Great service. Fully informed from start to finish. Staff friendly and customer focussed. Will not go anywhere else.
Intermittent fault repaired and sorted out
Superb
Staff were very warm and welcoming. They fixed both faults with our car and were able to fit me in as our car had broken down earlier the before. Would highly recommend Charnwood Car Company. Thanks Guys.
