I cannot recommend Charnwood Car Company highly enough. They are reliable, trustworthy, with fair prices, a high standard of work and an excellent quality of service. They are the best kept secret of Loughborough and more people should know of the kind of standard you can expect from this family-run business. I am so happy with their work that I am buying a used car from them and would trust them with my custom for years to come. Previously I have always gone to main dealer as I valued the brand name, however after poor service, rip off prices and staff talking down to me with 'techno babble', I took the advice of the recovery company break down man when my car needed major repairs recently and choose here. I am so glad I did as the friendliness, knowledge and attention to detail given at Charnwood Car Company has been a breath of fresh air! I feel so happy with their standard of work and their high quality of treatment. I would highly recommend the garage to all my friends and family. I have run out of superlatives to describe what a brilliant service I received at Charnwood Car Company, they are truly exceptional. Thank you.

All staff were fantastic. Not only did they repair the many faults and problems with my car, they looked after me as well!
Very good service as usual.
Very friendly staff, not the cheapest but extremely fair MOT judgement. Provide useful comments for future maintenance.
Recommend to all.
Excellent as ever.
I am very satisfied with the prompt service. Especially as it was a bank holiday weekend. They seemed to care. I don't know why I've not used them before.
''Used before'' - yes, since 1995 - and it's still as helpful as ever.
