Good old fashioned service with a smile.
Very friendly and honest people. I am very happy to let them take all the work I have on my vehicles, and will recommend to any colleagues. Many thanks Andy.
I've used this garage for over 17 years, and it remains pleasant, extremely helpful, proficient, consistently reliable and with competitive charges. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
Very friendly and helpful staff who remember their customers.
Always helpful, will fit you in in an emergency, efficient and friendly lovely people.
Excellent service and friendly staff, as usual - plus I received a free gift as well! Many thanks.
My car broke down and it was fixed within 2 hours. Great service, staff and reasonable prices. I am very impressed with the service.
The work (service and repairs) was required on an urgent basis prior to a long trip. Charnwood Cars arranged to do the work promptly and on the only available time slot when we could release the car. This was achieved without any detrimental effect on their usual high quality of service. The company has done all of the out-of-guarantee service and repair work on our two cars. Their performance has consistently been of a high standard whilst being better and cheaper than the manufacturer's agents.
An excellent level of work, and the communication was also very good.
Excellent level of work, great communication and a garage you can trust.
This company provided much needed competition to the existing Citreon dealer/repair co in Loughborough. The chairman was very professional and helpful, providing much needed support for a complex repair job. I was very impressed with this.
Excellent customer service. The staff are always helpful and do a high quality job.
It is always a pleasure to take my car to this garage.

I am very pleased with reception and excellent service from mechanics. Car was ready on time. I would recommend them and use again.
Fantastic service as always. Trustworthy, helpful, friendly and best price. They have always accommodated me at short notice with a courtesy car available.
As always - all aspects of dealing with Charnwood are a pleasure. I have been using them now for many years, and I have always been - and continue to be - totally satisfied with their friendly and informative attitude, and service.
This is a thorough and friendly team who can be relief upon to do a thorough job, with pride and interest.
Nothing is too much trouble and they are a very organised and pleasant staff. I certainly will not be looking anywhere else for my car servicing. Good and honest approach!
