They provided good service, as always.
Brilliant service every time and a good job done also.
I found this garage via your website. I am so pleased to have found such a friendly, helpful, caring and reasonable garage. I had previously been at a garage for 7 years and was fed up with the lack of customer care - not here - the garage is fab!
I m so pleased to have found such an exceptional garage - it's taken a long time, but well worth it. If you are not 100% happy with the service / cost / work at your garage dont hesitate to use Charnwood they really are 100% 5 star.
First class garage.
Excellent work, good service and a very reasonable price. Staff very friendly and polite. Will return.
Great customer service. They were very polite and helpful, and they have competitive pricing. I would recommend them and use them again. They saved me money.
A clear explanation of the work required and the attempt to minimise the costs where possible was given. Much appreciated.
Always the very best service and attention to detail. Excellent trouble shooting and repair.
Good value for money and they give you honest advice. I will use them again.
It is good to have a local garage that is reliable and customer friendly.
They gave me a free of charge courtesy car, even though I had not reserved it. Many thanks.
The staff were as helpful as ever, explained fully the fault they found - and didn't pressurise me to buy any additional work. The prices quoted were competitive with other local garages - both big and small.
This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Have already recommended to others and will use for all my cars.Very clean garage.
