This garage is superior in its customer service to the established Citreon dealer. I am very satisfied with them.

The staff responded very quickly to fit in the work at short notice and get the car running again. I have used this garage in preference to dealerships for some years now. The work is always of a high standard and at a fair price.
Friendly family personal service. they go out of their way to be accommodating.
Excellent garage. I have used for many years.
Always helpful, courteous and reliable.
You know how difficult it is to find a garage you can trust and that gives great friendly service? Well look no further. Highly recommended.
This was my first visit. Found service excellent. A courtesy car was provided whilst service and MOT were completed.
I have dealt with Charnwood Car Company for a number of years and have always received exemplary service from them.
Excellent and swift service, as always.
I have used this garage for 4 years, and have experienced a first class standard of work with friendly and efficient service throughout. Not interested in going anywhere else even though it's a 30 mile round trip to get there. Highly recommended.
Excellent. I am a lady of senior years and this is my first time with this garage. Very happy with the service I received at Charnwood Car Company.
Very friendly and helpful staff. All that was done or might need doing in future was explained.
Friendly efficient and fair.
Very good service; explained work needed in detail; all our family will use them in future.
Nice to have an old fashioned service and not some service manager glued to a computer screen.
Very efficient and friendly.
Great friendly service, very helpful and efficient. I Have used the service and will be using in the future. I will recommend to friends and family.
Friendly efficient and good value car service and repair. Availability of a courtesy car very much appreciated, but advanced notice by my insurance would have allowed me to ensure this before picking up the car.
This garage is the most professional that I have ever used. I never think about the car until they ring as I have no qualms leaving it in their safe hands.
Excellent service and a very reasonable price.
