We have recommended this first class, family garage to others. Very good!
Excellent garage!
Excellent. Detailed explanations of problems raised and these problems rectified.
Found the garage online after a quick google search. I'd done some of the work for the service myself and also had some of the parts, so I enquired if they could do me a discounted price on a full service. Full marks to Melanie who duly replied with an excellent price. Car was dropped off in the morning and was ready by mid-afternoon. Work has been done professionally and they let me know the condition of my brakes so I can arrange to have them changed well in advance. Overall cannot fault the friendly service I have received, especially as I have not visited before. I was made to feel very welcome and will definitely be returning here for future services and any other work. In short, first class service means they should be your first port of call.
Really helpful on the phone, work carried out to a good standard, would definitely used them again.
Trustworthy.
A pleasure to do business with.
Absolutely amazing service. As a student Melaine understood my money situation and tried to keep the costs down as much as possible but without cutting corners, insuring it was a good job and what it needed. She was very helpful with being able to text me details back and forth as I had lectures, also ringing my dad so he knew the situation. Also, little present after was a nice touch. Will use again. Thank you!
Highly recommend Charnwood Car Company. I have already told other people about the garage. They were also happy.
Visiting sick relation when warning light came on. Cannot fault service, fitted repair within 24 hours. From one OAP. Thanks.
