Exceptional customer service. Instantly made me feel at ease and reassured that my car was in safe hands. Very reasonable pricing, massively appreciate the added bonus of student discount. Would highly recommend to anyone in and around Loughborough!

Always a pleasure to deal with Melanie & the team.
Very good service Holly recommended
As always, every aspect of dealing with Melanie and her team was top notch from initial booking, through the service and mot delivery, the loan of a courtesy car, to collection and payment. All dealings with Charnwood Car Company continue to be exemplary.
Thanks again to all at CCC for a great service
Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff at Charnwood Car Company. I was contacted by phone to let me know what needed doing as it failed the MOT. They put everything right for me and didn't overcharge!
Absolutely no doubt that I would use this garage again. They bend over backwards to help and have very good knowledgeable mechanics
Friendly, helpful, speedy work. Great price too.
