Melanie and staff are brilliant. If I have a problem I ring and they will have a look ASAP. They also look at fixing the problem the cheapest way possible. My wife also uses this garage and never feels uncomfortable taking her car in on her own, they are very female friendly.

I highly recommend Charnwood Card Company in Loughborough. Excellent customer care and efficient service. On this occasion the car was required for travel to work the following day and the garage did a superb job and managed to repair the car and re-MOT it in good time. Huge thanks to Mel and team.
