Andy took great trouble to locate a tyre for my Jaguar, which are virtually impossible to find in 2011.

I turned up at Challenger at just gone 5 o'clock needing 4 (or possibly) 5 new tyres. They close at 5.30 pm., but could not have been more friendly or helpful. They found the right tyres for my wife's car, assessed the state of the spare and advised on that (explaining their advice to me) and did the work in good time but with obvious care and attention to detail.
