I was seen to immediately, despite not having an appointment. Gary the fitter was efficient, pleasant and very helpful - even moving the car and checking the tyre pressures.

Good interaction with technicians, and showed me what hadn't been done at main dealer service in June 2013. Looked as if the brakes had never been serviced.
