My tyre had been ripped by an uncovered man hole taken off by heavy rain that night on a flooded road. There was only one workman at the garage and he was just leaving when I arrived with the RAC at 7.30pm. He was so kind and pleasant and stayed to repair the car so I could get home.

I couldn't get an exhaust anywhere for my motor home. Phoned you branch, man told me to bring it in. He custom made one and fitted exhaust, discs, brakes and pads all in 3 hours. He was fantastic and sorted it efficiently. Excellent service and didn't mess about. Saved me. Don't know his name, had tattoo on bottom right leg.
