Very delighted with my first experience here - I will definitely use this garage again.

I have been using this garage for four years and my family have four cars. Each time I need a service or any other repairs undertaken I have had an excellent response, both in terms of the quality of work and the reasonable prices. If anything urgent needs doing they will do everything to sort it out as soon as they can, usually on the same day, if not the next day. The main thing, I feel that is important is trust. I know that the garage will only carry out work as instructed, for example a service, MOT etc. If additional work is necessary, they will contact you accordingly so you don't get any additional charges without being notified first. I live twenty miles away from the garage and I don't mind this in order to get good quality of service with work that I know is properly undertaken by qualified and very experienced mechanics, who have a vast knowledge of working on any type of vehicle from very basic models. For example, my daughter's Fiat Punto to my sons Audi A3 Quattro s-line. I was a qualified mechanic and although I have changed profession a long time ago, the staff at the garage will explain everything that has been undertaken on your vehicle, so you know exactly what has been undertaken. I highly recommend this garage to anyone and I'm sure you will be satisfied with the quality of work, the quality of the parts and the competitive prices. If you are not local and travel some distance to Y Felinheli, you can spend time in the village. It has three Public Houses, one in particular is a Bistro and renowned for the good pub food and the picturesque scenery overlooking the Menai Straits. It is a place you can spend either sitting watching the boats go by or going for a nice walk.

Super garage, everyone very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Would recommend to all my friends and relatives.
