I took my car in for it's mot and being Deaf, I hate going to garages as you ask them to send you a sms message to let you know of any problems or when it's finished and they just give you a call, i have to find an hearing person to answer the phone for me, but with cavendish, they took on board my request and on returning to pay for the MOT, they even attempted to sign the cost to me which was appreciated. Well done guys.
