Carcraft Test Centre

First class service - highly recommended.

excellent service and friendly, helpful staff.

A perfect garage. I know that everything will be carried out to the best of their ability and we will not be charged for work not carried out. Highly recommended by myself and husband.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Thank you.

Have had excellent service over the past 4 years. They are considerably less expensive than the main dealers without loss of quality of service.

I always find this garage helpful in many ways with my car. Everything is always fully explained. The staff are friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Would never use any other garage!

Have been using this garage for many years and have always been satisfied with the standard of work. They are always very helpful with advice and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It's a garage I can trust.

Had my cars serviced with the same garage for over 20years. Been highly satisfied.

One of the few genuine garage left.

Perhaps more explanation of Forte products would be good.

Having been (or suspect as having been) ripped off so many times in the past by independent garages it was refreshing to find a garage (and owner) who take pride in their work and do an honest days work for an honest days pay. I was recommended to Carcraft by a friend and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the Stoke on Trent area. The owner is a good, honest man... rare traits in the vehicle repair trade.

Second visit to Carcraft, both my vehicles attended were very satisfactory. Will be back.

This garage has an excellent standard of service and helpfulness. They are also very thorough.

I have used Car Craft Test Centre for over 10 years now. I find Simon honest about what needs doing on my car and his prices for work are very reasonable. For as long as he is there I will continue to use the garage.

Garages just don't come better than Carcraft. This opinion is based on fifteen years of service.

I have dealt with Car Craft for eighteen years and I am very highly satisfied. Would go no where else.

I spent £900 having a lot of work done and they rang me throughout for updates on the progress, I don't think it was expensive for the time spent on and the amount of spare parts used.

I've known Simon twenty or more years and I've always taken my cars for him to service and other work to my car. He's always pleasant, polite and thorough and I would recommend him to anyone. May I add that all these years I've gone back to his garage should say it all.
