First time we have used Carcraft Test Centre in Hanley. The car was dropped off first thing as arranged and the work being done was explained to us and also that genuine parts would be used to honour manufacturers warranty. Car was done on time and everything explained to us.
Simon and all his team are excellent, they go above and beyond to fit in with you from staying late and opening early. They are always polite and exemplary.
