Carcraft Test Centre

Excellent services, I recommend!

I can highly recommend Simon, and Carcraft test centre in Hanley. I was able to ask about additional work, which was carried out. The team were incredibly professional and honest. The total price was competitive for the work that was carried out. All of the team went above and beyond.

I am extremely proud of the good job, they fixed my car and did a great job.

Helpful Reliable Honest

Excellent service, very competitive price. Big job done all to my complete satisfaction. At last a garage I feel that I can trust.

My family and I have been using Carcraft for many years. I knew Simon and his team were good but I had not realised how good until I moved to Scotland and had to find an alternative provider. Nobody was as good so I now drive 450 miles to Stoke on Trent and take my car to Simon whenever I can.

Best garage in Stoke on Trent.

Very pleased.

Perfect! First visit, but I know where to go to next time. Thank you!

Very good explanation of work undertaken. Detailed breakdown of costs. Always polite and efficient staff. Kept in contact re time keeping. Would definitely recommend this garage.

Great information about car, far better than Mini garage.

Wonderful service. My car purrs now. Simon gave great advice and was very helpful. My mechanic of choice!

I previously took my car for MOT. I was so pleased with the quality of work, I returned to have my brakes changed followed by a major service. I will be using Carcraft Test Centre again and recommending them to everyone. Extremely vigilant!!

Really pleased with work done, very thorough and knowledgeable. Exterior of car was cleaner and parts packaging was left inside to show engine parts were used.

Excellent work and very helpful staff.

Nice to find a garage who does repairs when they say.

Staff always very helpful and informative, especially Simon, who could not give better service. I would recommend this garage to anyone and will certainly use again.

Brilliant yet again! Would never go anywhere else. Top class service would highly recommend.
