I had an SD card in my CD player when I took it in but it wasn't there when I picked it up. When I asked them they briefly asked the member of staff. The lady said that her staff were honest. She offered no apology and basically didn't offer to look or resolve the situation. Theft is not acceptable.
This is always an excellent garage with friendly, helpful staff and they take very good care of the car whilst not trying to charge for extra jobs, which are unnecessary.
