I used this garage for my annual service and MOT. Paul was really helpful and was glad to talk me through what he did and the general condition of the car. I never felt that he was talking down to me and was not intimidated by the engineers, so I was happy to ask questions and they gave clear and concise answers. I feel that I have found a little gem of a garage and will be recommending to my partner and friends.

I just wanted to let you know that we found this garage, which is very local to us (in Bristol) through your website. We have used it for a few years now and are very pleased with it, but there is more. I have also helped my father (in Bolton) and my father-in-law (in Burnley) to find garages local to them. They have been really pleased at the quality of service (car and customer) and the savings compared with dealerships. Keep it up!

I always receive friendly, helpful service, promptly dealt with, plus extreme care and patience even when I have had major problems with my car (at least twice, so far).
Only issue was we were waiting outside from 8.30 to 8.45 when the garagement was meant to open at 8.30. However, quality of everything else made up for it. (we went back home at 8.34 and got a call about 9.45).
A very nice man, polite and patient. As a lady customer he was very helpful and explained why he had to do certain jobs in terms that I can understand, and kept to the price quoted. I'd recommend him to all friends.
Full service completed on car, work completed quickly and the price was good. The car now gets a much better mpg rate. I would definitely recommend.
