Was very disappointed today. Was 10minutes late for my MOT test as stuck in traffic and they send me away saying that it was too late. All organisations allowing lateness period but not here. People are not robots and life is already stressful Working full time and trying to fit everything in.

Cannot remember where I heard bout CVS. I've been coming here for 20 years, that should be recommendation and consequently I've always had satisfaction. A very fair organisation.
Very helpful and friendly local garage. Would recommend to anyone.
An excellent garage, extremely fair with pricing and swift with repairs.
I've used a lot of garages in Ipswich for different work on different cars. Out of all of them, I haven't found a garage which gives better and more honest service than CVS. The team here are by far the best in Ipswich.
Friendly staff. Excellent service, thank you!

Had the feel of a family business - kind helpful and polite, no overcharging. The receptionist went the extra mile with attentiveness too. I will definitely use this garage again and recommend to all my friends, especially girl friends as I felt well looked after!
First class as always.

I have used this garage for 20 years and always find them most helpful and polite. Very reliable service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody (even the queen).
I have used CVS for years on numerous vehicles. Mary on reception is so friendly and helpful. I have had the occasional difference of opinion with them, but Marc and the team always seek to find a solution for all concerned. Will continue to use them.
Will be using for many years to come. Very happy.
This garage stands alone, friendly, fast and efficient service. Extremely knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile for customers. I can't recommend this garage enough. A garage like this one is hard to find.
