I deliberately travel some miles to this garage and have done so for several years as I have always found them to be helpful, polite and efficient, unlike my previous garage.

He comes across as a nice chap.
Chris is great, he explains everything and works very hard to get the car back on the same day, even if that means he sometimes has to finish at 9PM.
Good explanation of present and future requirements.
I have been taking a variety of cars to Chris Clow over many years. He is totally honest, fair and always keen to give the best advice and best value help possible. That is why I go back.
All matters and queries dealt with very professionally at affordable prices.
A big service for quite a new car and Chris carried out everything expected and more. Having to liaise with the main dealer for a specialist gearbox job. He made the whole experience easy and cost efficient for me, thank you. Nice touch with the courtesy car too.
Chris is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic you will ever find! I have taken several cars there for different reasons and I have always been impressed with the quality of work and also with the friendly and genuine customer service. Thanks Chris!

Fantastic customer service, great realism not just trying to make more money out of you, and a very pragmatic approach to their recommendations. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Garage.
