Andy kept me up to date with the work required and phoned me to have a look prior to starting the work. Good friendly service.

My car was fully serviced, replaced rear brake discs and pads, and air conditioning re-gassed. Car was ready to collect at time agreed. Fair rates. However, I'd prefer if he would have mentioned charges were excluding VAT when quoted price over the phone. Other than that an honest work has been carried out.
Excellent service, a real gentleman. Thank you.
Twice the service I’ve had from my local main dealer but for half the price! Excellent customer service, work explained, and old materials shown. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Burgess Repair Service. Thank you for putting my faith back into the motor trade.
Work carried out same day. No fuss and no problem. Very pleased. Would recommend to anyone.
Have used this garage for many years and will continue in the future. Would recommend to anyone.
Yet again John and Andrew have given me 100% satisfaction. My car always seems to drive better after being 'looked after' by John and Andrew. Car always returned in the timescale agreed. Service or perceived problem always completed to a high standard of workmanship. Invoice / bill always reasonable.
Very friendly and extremely good service. Would recommend to anyone.
As a garage owner myself, I was very happy with the service they gave to my daughter (who studies in Crewe) and needed assistance with her vehicle. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend this garage to anyone.
