I cannot fault the service the car was picked up and returned with a smile. In all I would say a very helpful person.
Very prompt service.
I have used Burgess Repair Services for many years. I have also recommended them to others. They have always displayed a high degree of courtesy and friendliness. The repairs or services carried out on my various vehicles has always been to a high standard and reasonably priced.
Garage Info.
When my car broke down in Wales last Sunday afternoon, I rang Burgess Repair Service expecting an answerphone. I was surprised when the phone was answered and was so pleased that John was able to take delivery of the car from the AA Recovery truck on Sunday night, coming out specially to open up. On Monday he quickly confirmed the problem, got hold of the part and undertook the repair. This is excellence of service that no dealership could come near!! I highly recommend this garage.
After collecting the car I noticed that it was handling really well. When out for a drive the next day my husband said it handled like a dream.
A very friendly and professional service. 06,06,08

Good old fashioned service.
I have been a customer of Burgess Repair Service over 20 years and have no complaints. The staff warm, friendly. Excellent service.
Will always go that extra mile and in an emergency (I travel 25 miles to work and need my car) will always be prepared to fit the job in.
High quality workmanship but not at a high price. A man you can trust, very rare thing these days.
