Ten out of Ten - Had tail light problems on motorway passing Stirling. Googled and called - Shop not formally opened that day but Bill happy to help and provide a quick fix to get back to Glasgow. Very grateful

My exhaust had rusted through, it went as I travelled out of Stirling. I phoned the garage to ask them to take a look - knew I could not travel with it. They looked, confirmed the problem and fixed with a connecting metal joint with 15 minutes at no charge!
They were very good. I would use them again.

After a smooth, professional check-in, I was offered a lift to my destination. Two hours later I had a call to say car was ready and had again passed MOT. On asking for bill I was told there was no charge. That's service with a smile. I will be delighted to recommend Budget Autocentre to friends.

Called Budget as my son’s car wouldn’t start (even with jump leads)! Ten minutes later a handsome young man arrived, hooked the car up to a booster pack, ten seconds later the car engine was running! Ten minutes and ten seconds from phone call to fixed! And we weren’t charged a single penny! What service! Ten out of ten.
