Really helpful and communicative. Immediately offered me use of a courtesy car when it became clear my car needed more work done to it and they would have to wait overnight for spare parts to be delivered.

Had an issue with my car not starting, Garage came out to my home and got the issue fixed there and then. Brilliant service, could not have asked for more. Every time I use Budget they give 5star service no matter what the issue, normally fixing things there and then.
Although they could not fix the problem with my car they helped diagnose the fault and put in place a temporary repair to allow me to take it to an auto electrician. Couldn’t be more helpful 😀
My battery was flat and my car key was broken, I called Bill Flockhart from Budget Autos and he came straight away to jump start my car. When we got to his workshop he also repaired my broken key. Their customer service is excellent and I would certainly recommend them.
I broke down near by the garage and went in to see if they could help. Both mechanics were amazing both very friendly and went out of their way to help me. They towed my car and replaced the clutch within a day. Even dropped me off at work. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Dropped in with no appointment for emergency repair. We were seen within half an hour. Repair completed and able to travel 350 miles home. This got us out of trouble as we were just setting off to go home.

Absolutely appalled at how expensive a full service was (£298). Considerably pricier than even a full Vauxhall manufacturer service, let alone the likes of Kwik-Fit. On this basis I would absolutely not recommend the garage and I definitely won't be returning.
Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. MOT was quick and called within a couple of hours. Especially helpful with a 6 month old.

Excellent garage used first time to get private number plates on no charge. Second time after my car was taken to Arnold Clark after breakdown recovery. Arnold Clark quoted £300!!! Budget clarified what I thought that there was Nothing wrong with the car!! Can highly recommend. Louise
I feared my vehicle had a problem with the brakes, but the owner kindly had a look, assured that everything was ok, explained the noise I was hearing and then took me outside to show me the evidence of the same problem on another car. And then wouldn't charge for his time. Wow!
