Our car had broken down in the bad weather. With a burst heating pipe, we turned up at the garage to see if they could help. They were too busy to take on the job but were very helpful, got us round to near by Sainsbury's and advised us to wait for the breakdown company in the cafe. The breakdown company were excellent, turned up within an hour, fixed the pipe and we were on our way.
Pleasant, helpful and attentive to both car and myself and other customers who were at the garage when I was there.
