The reception staff are very professional, when i requested a lift to work I was immediately told 'of course no problem'. The mechanics are very happy to provide comments on the cars overall condition, information about what needed attention was clear and detailed. A breakdown of individual costs for the different items requiring work was provided immediately, did not say 'will call you back'.

This garage is superb. I took my car to Budget Stirling around 10:30 am. this morning, having discovered my car needed a new battery. At 12:30 pm., my car was delivered to my front door with the new battery intact, just in time for me to take my children to the nursery - excellent service! Staff are lovely too.

After moving to Stirling just over a month ago, I was looking for a garage that I could trust. I was supplied with a courtesy car free of charge and I was informed of any repairs that were required. I received excellent communication by Bill Flockhart when I collected my car. It had been washed and cleaned at no extra cost. The bill was very competitive with the amount of work undertaken and repairs only were carried out when it was required. Overall an excellent, family-run business. I will recommend to others.
