My car was being used by my granddaughter for her driving test. The garage foreman adjusted the handbrake in ten minutes and my granddaughter went on to pass her driving test that day.

I was a first time user of this garage, and being new to the area, only discovered it because I had driven past it. My car needed its first MOT and a full service. I was very happy with the service provided by Budget Auto Centre, particularly since they took me home with my toddler and dropped the car off at my home when they were finished. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful, as was the gentleman who dropped me off and returned my car. I was given details of the work that needed done and how much it would cost before they did anything, and given clear advice and options in terms of essential and non-essential work. The only thing I would have liked was to be told that the initial quote for the service and MOT did not include VAT, but this is a minor point and the basic cost was still £100 less than I had been quoted by another garage. All in all I am extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.
