Turned up without an appointment, miles from home and despite their having other work going on, was seen and fault diagnosed. Obtained spare parts, fitted and tested the same day. 700 miles later and still no problems. Well done to all involved; excellent service.

I ticked minor service because what the garage did does not fall into any of the categories. I have used them before and was about to buy a new car. I asked them to have a look at my car and advise me what it worth etc. They took me to my work, picked me up from work, gave me a clear report and did not charge me a penny. Now that is gold star customer service and of course I will be taking the new car to this garage for all servicing and work required. They are a pleasure to deal with.
