I find the work carried out by the staff at Broadlane Garage to be excellent. I always have very good service and the staff are all most helpful. I am especially pleased with the advice received regarding my car.
The garage were incredibly efficient and managed to fit me in at very short notice and get the repair done quickly and, as far as I can tell, they've done it very well. However, it wasn't until I went back to my previous garage to question why my spark plugs had gone wrong so quickly after my service in December that my previous engineer noticed I had been charged for 4 coils when my car only has one - an overcharge of £205. The garage admitted the mistake immediately and said it was an admin error, but since I know nothing about cars (and therefore have to trust the garage) I had no idea I had been so grossly overcharged... for all I know, it was an admin error, but this is just a caveat for people to check their bills properly. Thank heavens for my previous garage noticing the error, otherwise I would be incredibly out of pocket, unknowingly and without reason.
