As my car is getting older, I decided to stop using the main dealer garage. I had been advised on my last service with main dealer that the trailing arm bush may need attention. I booked in for an MOT and for this work to be done. Many garages would just do this work and 'rip you off' but not this garage. On inspection the work was not needed and they rang me to discuss. Trust is so important and I am so impressed with their professionalism and friendly staff. People buy people first. I will be recommending this garage to friends. In fact I have just collected my car and have told three people already!

I have been ripped-off in the past by unscrupulous motor trade companies. It is not a pleasant feeling and you begin to think the whole industry is made of bad apples. Broad Lane Garage is a good apple. They have rebuilt my trust in both the motor trade and humanity, not bad work for a small local garage!
