Friendly staff, made to feel welcome and not made to feel dumb! I also heard other people being dealt with (either in person on telephone) and in all circumstances it was very professional and approachable. Very good helpful and honest garage

The staff went out of their way to fit our car in despite being understaffed and very busy. They were excellent in terms of doing what needed to be done and keeping us informed and they went beyond all expectations to make our day easier in a tough time for us. The staff are obviously human beings who understand customer service and the needs of their customers. We will certainly use them again and I would recommend them highly.

I have been using Broad Lane for quite a few years, and they are the only consistently professional outfit I have ever come across. Not only do they do what they say they are going to do, when they say they will, Broad Lane are also brilliant at keeping in contact. Prior to my repair job this week, they helped me out back in February when my gearbox froze. I was on my way to a recording studio, and missing the date would have cost me a fortune. I managed to get the car to the garage, and they immediately offered me a replacement vehicle. In the end, I wasn't even late for my engagement.

Great garage. Always courteous, polite and prompt to get the car in when suits the customer. I have used them for 5 years for a previous Vauxhall and now my BMW, for both emergency and routine work. They always call first to check if extra work is found to be needed and they don't add extras that the car doesn't need. Honest and reliable. You won't be disappointed.
