Have used this garage since the 60's and have always been well looked after satisfactorily.
Good and reliable garage.
Rear window electronics failed over Easter weekend. Main dealer could not fit me in due to the Easter backlog of work. Broad Lane Garage managed to fit the car in for repairs. Reception staff (Sam I think) was very helpful and went out of the way when an issue came up about the repair. Great local garage.
The service from this garage is excellent. They make me feel comfortable talking to them and they do a great job on my car.
Passenger seat steering wheel, hand brake and stick not cleaned. Didn't advice at check in, no credit cards.
Very efficient excellent service.
Excellent, friendly and reliable service.
My car broke down. I had no idea what was wrong. I got regular updates as to what was wrong and what was recommended and a service was carried out as well. It took them a week to sort things out.
Also MOT and repair of leaking cooling system.
We've used this family business for 30 years. Service is consistently exemplary.
Friendly efficient service.
Brilliant
Efficient and timely service. No hard sell on suggested extra services, just mentioned as options to consider.
Fantastic customer service and a great job all round. Honest and put maximum effort in - total surprise especially in this day and age of rip off businesses. Highly impressed and just gutted I live too far for this to be my local garage.
All good. Great job and service.
I have used this garage for thirty years. They are as great now as in the start.
