Steve guy from South Africa who did the job was very friendly, I watched and spoke to him while he was finishing the job. All folk I dealt with at garage were friendly and helpful. Broad Lane has been looking after the family's cars for many years and they have never let us down, on the cars as well as the garage.
The price was a bit of shock and I query the necessity of a 'pollen filter' at £12.49? The labour charge should indicate how many hours were spent on the car thus showing the hourly rate you pay your mechanics.
The clear description of nature of repair in 'lay mans' terms gave me the complete confidence in the repairs to my car from Broad Lane Garage. The excellent service and friendly staff left me in no doubt that I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
