I'm 91 years old and I appreciated the very pleasant young man who kept me informed what was required and what he was doing. He made things very easy for me. The price for MOT and full service was below what I expected.
Speed, attention and service. Excellent.
Excellent customer service. Kept me informed throughout and has told me what is likely to need attention in the near future.
It makes a refreshing change to go to a garage that actively encourages customer feedback. Maybe most garages (including main dealers) do not do so for fear of negative comments. I am more tha n satisfied and will recommend BGM.
