All the staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I had a service and also some electrical / ECU type problems fixed. I know for a fact many other garages would have shied away from the problem or charged a fortune. Bee Cool got on with the job and had the ‘electrical gremlin’ identified, located and fixed in one hour. I was kept informed at all times, my car was valeted before I collected it, I had use of a courtesy car and I felt that the bill was a fair price. I have used many garages over the years and increasingly it seems that old-fashioned values of customer service are disappearing. This is certainly not the case at Bee Cool and so I am very happy to recommend them to others. They are now my garage of choice!
