My car developed a misfire. Darren was able to fit me in almost immediately which was very helpful and is very much appreciated. The cause of the misfire is a mystery but Darren has offered to monitor the vehicle for a few weeks to see if the reason can be found which is also much appreciated.

Darren Cotton and his team ensure that my car is reliable which is just what I want. On this occasion, they were able to make the brake and air conditioning repairs necessary during the service which was very helpful. I also very much like the fact that the car is washed as part of the service.
The work also included an MOT test. Darren doesn't come cheap but his work is worth every penny. He is courteous, competent, conscientious and thorough. I especially appreciate his attention to detail. I have been using his services for many years and never had cause to regret it.
