Another excellent job by Darren Cotton and his team. I am particularly pleased with how efficiently he diagnosed and repaired the blower fault. It was very helpful not to have to return to the garage to have this fault repaired separately. As I have mentioned in the past, this garage is in danger of damaging its reputation by making small errors. This time, the garage has given me a checklist which claims that exterior lights were checked even though the vehicle was returned with one of the rear number plate light bulbs defective. I was pleased with the garage's willingness to rectify this problem immediately but there is a risk that customers will wonder what else has not been done when things like this happen. I wonder if it would be beneficial to ask the customer if there is anything to report when the vehicle is brought to the garage. Minor faults like this one would then be known by the garage who could then ensure that they are addressed in the service. Other garages known to me adopt this approach.
