Autopics Ltd

Very efficient, customer oriented garage. I will be using them again. Very pleased.

Very helpful.

Always excellent service.

Very good service, best garage I've ever used, good to know there is a good garage when I'm visiting the area.

Excellent service and workmanship.

An oil service has no obvious signs to go on but the dash board warning message has now disappeared.

Brilliant, will definitely use again.

I was advised that the sump plug was jammed and that it took over an hour to free the part and then undo. I was kept informed of the situation and advised of the consequences if the part could not be freed. It was only through the efforts of Dave that the plug was finally released. When I picked up the vehicle I was shown all the parts that had been replaced including the damaged sump plug. I can only thank Dave for his efforts as the alternative would have been a new sump cover. I have used Autopics three times to date and on each occasion they have proved highly satisfactory.

Very good service, paid attention to small details. Lovely, fresh and clean, when brought back to me, now drives like a Rolls Royce!!!

A very clean and efficient service including collection and delivery.

Polite and friendly service, clean and tidy premises and a very efficient garage overall. Staff explained what had been done and showed me parts that had been replaced.

Very pleased with service and communication.

Very impressed that the car came back washed and hoovered.

Your staff's attitudes and skills have won you a regular customer.

Had heard previously about the Good Garage Scheme and saw this garage whilst visiting the shop opposite. I appreciate being able to discuss the job with the person undertaking it, rather than a receptionist. I appreciated being able to inspect items removed from the car and the general thoroughness given to the work which inspires confidence.

I was very relieved to find Autopics at Rustington. They have offered me the best service I have ever had in 50years.

This was my first contact with this garage. I was more satisfied than with the Renault dealer I had before.

First class service, I would recommend this garage to anyone. As a driving instructor I need my vehicle to be in top condition and I have every confidence in Autopics Ltd.

Best garage I have used in twenty five years.

I thought the use of another car was great.
