First time I have used this garage and their customer service was second to none. I was in dire straights and Juile was wonderful and kept me informed of the progress. I had to get the AA to get my motor to them and they called to say that they got it. Nick also called a couple of times to keep me informed of the progress in repairing a complex electrical fault. He even found a way of saving me a significant amount of money by repairing the board rather than having to replace it. Got the impression they are a family business and clearly take pride in what they do. Very impressed with their honesty, professionalism and service. I wont go anywhere else now. When you are spending money on anything, I firmly believe in enjoying the process! Even when I asked about whether they could look at something else for me, there was none of that "I don't know, might be difficult" nonsense, Nick just said "we can do absolutely anything".
