I went into this garage on the 11/10/13 panicking as I had got my MOT date wrong. I had assumed it was the 16th and it was the 14th October. The gentleman who I saw was very helpful, polite and got my car booked in for the 14/10/13. When I got the bill I was pleasantly surprised I wasn't ripped off.

For the past 12 months this garage has been used to repair, service and MOT for four family cars. All excellent service.

Wow! We just had an MOT at a fantastic garage, Auto Renovate in felixstowe. We had been quoted £53 by a garage in town, but this garage was only £38, but this is the best part, not only did they fix 2 faults, but also found a screw in the tyre and took off the tyre and found that the screw hadn't punctured it so put it back all without charging labour costs! Final bill was £47, amazing! Cheers guys. Still cheaper than the local garage we have been going to for two years, who were going to charge £53 and only match it when we told them we found elsewhere cheaper!

I have used this garage since moving to Felixstowe and as I have said previously, it is by far the best garage. I have came across in my 45 years of driving. Standards are always very high and they always keep the customer in the picture in terms of anticipated cost and progress and are always prepared to go the extra mile.

The staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful.
