Big organisations (banks etc) shower us with love and want to be best friends to "help us" in these difficult times - all in the name of caring customer service - whilst at the same time they are treating their customers with casual indifference, bordering on disdain. This is the second car I have taken to Auto Pfect within the last week and I have been going to this garage for years.
