I totally trust this garage proprietors judgment on my vehicle, This to me is the key quality that is required by the customer.
I have been using this garage for a number of years and I have never had cause to complain. My instructions to the proprietor is do what has to be done, don't ask me if it needs it do it. I trust him to do the work and charge me a fair price.
