I've been using Autopfect for a few years now, their staff are always polite and accommodating. I get regular reminders from them when my service and MOT's are due. They always inform you of the work that is required and the cost of the work, before going ahead and doing the work.
Helen and Carol are managing the operation brilliantly. Dependable, trustworthy, smile on the face always, and good communicators. And the mechanics are clearly good too, and trustworthy. I know my car well and what they say is fair and builds trust They've made me a repeat customer
I can not thank Brad, Dan & Carol enough. Such a great team. Trustworthy, informative and reliable. Will never go to another garage. Thank you all
As a woman it can be really difficult to find a good honest garage. This is it! Garages like Autopfect are few and far between, and I would honestly recommend it to anyone. They talk clearly about what they are going to do and explain it well, prices are clear too. No surprise add ons! Recommend!!!
