My local garage with helpful staff. Lorraine runs a great family-run business with an excellent rapport with customers. It's not usual to have a lady run a car repair workshop. For female car drivers she won't over complicate things when she has to explain repairs or work.
Had vehicle towed to garage and was repaired within 2 hours, Lorraine was very helpful.

I love this garage! When they were going to have difficulty changing my car's clutch in the agreed time frame, they called to let me know. When I explained I really needed the car as our other one was also broken they rejigged their job schedule and did overtime to ensure I got my car back by the end of the day. What's more, they did a free diagnostic the following day on our other car too.
